> Tennessee Nutrition & Consumer Education Program (TNCEP)

This program targets food stamp eligible clients and teaches basic nutrition, food preparation, food safety, and food management skills. Lessons are tailored to the specific audience needs.
 
> Tennessee Shapes Up

This program focuses on nutrition, health, weight management, and food safety. Many different lessons can be taught as part of this program.
 
> Personal Financial Management

This program teaches clients how to establish a family spending plan, save for future purchases and emergencies, and use credit wisely. Additional lessons can teach debt management and investment strategies.
 
> Baby and Me

This is a 6-week pre-natal class teaching mothers about nutrition, infant care and feeding, budgeting for baby, etc.
 
> Family and Community Education Clubs (FCE)

These clubs are community based and designed to strengthen homes and families through leadership development, education, and community service.
 
> YOUTH PROGRAM - Little Organ Annie

This is a class for pre-school and early elementary students. The class uses a doll to teach students about their organs and how to take care of them.
 
> YOUTH PROGRAM - How to wash our hands

This fun lesson uses glo germ lotion to teach proper techniques of hand washing.
 
> YOUTH PROGRAM - 5 A Day

This program is a series of 5 lessons on the importance of eating fruits and vegetables. It targets third graders.
 
> Parents and the Law

This series of lessons teaches young parents about legal issues that impact families. Participants learn about current laws and improve critical thinking skills.
