> Master Gardener Program

A series of classes that provide knowledge on home gardening, landscaping, insect and disease. Classes start in March and continue through mid April. Registration Packets are mailed in February. Master Gardener Association of Maury County meets each month throughout the year.
 
> Private Applicatior Pesticide Certification

A service offered to local farmers to permit them to purchase restriced pesticides.
 
> Insect and Disease Identification

A service offered to the pubic to identify problems with plants.
 
> Beef Cattle Marketing

Different ways to improve the income of your beef cattle.
 
> Farm Record Keeping

FIRM workshops help farmers keep records of cattle herd.
 
> Farm Planning

Service offered to farmers to help with the long and short term planning.
 
> Master Beef Producer
Contact: Richard Groce
This course will offer nine detailed sessions on topics including forages, nutrition, animal behavior, herd health, environmental issues, BQA, reproduction, food safety, carcass quality, bio-security, marketing and record keeping.
